style roulette is just a necessity: document everyday life of two girls living in the opposite sides of the world but with same tastes and style attitudes.
write this blog as a roulette: never expect what to get everyday, there will be different places, different styles, different people.

california

Some photos from the past few weeks in California...reunited with the gorgeous Inland Empire at last! Plus some trips around Socal and up the coast...i'm missing the west coast already. Even though the suburbs are really not my thing, there's something I love about the California lifestyle. the weather is divine and makes you constantly want to be outside...I love reading by the pool in the morning, going out for frozen yogurt (it's everywhere! why hasn't this caught on in Scotland?) and of course the beaches are stunning. I flew cross-country a few days ago to apply for my Portuguese visa and visit some family here on the East Coast, but I'll be back in California in August...

Here's one of my favorite stores in Laguna Beach:

Fooood: how beautiful is the rambutan?

the garden:

late night berry sweet run: love that nose ring!

trader joe's berries & the pool:

huntington beach:

welcome to america: 1270-calorie slice of cake at the cheesecake factory...

dos lagos:

mission inn, riverside:

midnight animal fries from in-n-out: does it get better?

san diego:

flea market, san jose:

late breakfast at saturn café, santa cruz:

the boardwalk, santa cruz:

The band that sang "always something there to remind me" was playing here on the beach!

and finally...THE AMERICAN DREAM:

Lots of love from RI! photos of san francisco & DC coming soon...
